Using store bought cake, pandoro or brioche these are filled with creamy mascarpone and cherry sauce. Perfect for that special dessert recipe you need!
A good dessert is the perfect ending to a delicious meal. If it’s quick and easy then all the better for the cook! While I love cooking and baking, I’m usually exhausted after cooking a big feast and easy desserts are all I want to do. My favourites are Easy Chocolate Puddings and Baked Peaches stuffed with Amaretti.

It’s as if I knew I would find this recipe – I already have mascarpone and some cherries that desperately need to be used. Perfect! Thanks for the inspiration! Wishing you a wonderful New Year!
Happy New Year, Katerina! Mascarpone and cherries – delicious!!
These look absolutely delicious Marcella! I love the idea of using sweet bread to make a triffle – and oh so perfect when you have leftovers going stale. The combination of cream, chocolate and cherry sounds too delicious too 🙂
Thank you Sylvie! I love using the Italian Christmas bread, Pandoro but this is just as good with brioche!
