Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
Process for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Serve with sweet crunchy cookies like pizzelle and fresh fruit slices
If not serving immediately store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Will keep for a couple of days depending how fresh the ricotta was when you purchased it. Delicious also spread on toasted panettone or pandoro and top with a spoonful of fruit preserves. Make a dessert pizza by spreading on a cooked plain pizza base and topping with fresh fruit or fruit preserves. Return to a hot oven for a few minutes to heat through.
